Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan.
  • International shipping (including UAE) is not available at this time.
  • Orders are processed and delivered within 4–6 working days.
  • Delivery charges are not included in product prices and are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy (Pakistan Only)

We offer a 7-day return policy for orders delivered within Pakistan.

Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused or minimally used.

Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If

  • More than 20–30% of the perfume has been used.
  • The return request is submitted after 7 days.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parcel on the day of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photos on the same day.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number to contact@hamishbhai.com.

Claims submitted after the delivery day may not be accepted.

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, send the parcel to:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection.

  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used perfumes beyond the allowed limit (20–30%).
  • Products returned after 7 days.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
